Art & Design events are free and open to the public. Mason Gross Galleries are open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Thursdays and Fridays, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hours may vary on school holidays and during winter and summer break.

Latin American Chamber Music Ensemble
Nicholas Music Center 85 George Street, New Brunswick, NJ, United StatesThe Latin American Chamber Music Ensemble concert will feature the “Buena Vista Social Club” song catalogue in instrumental form. This famous Cuban music repertoire will be paired with several works by the prominent Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla.
Rutgers Sinfonia Fall Concert
Nicholas Music Center 85 George Street, New Brunswick, NJ, United StatesSinfonia presents their Fall concert, featuring "An Outdoor Overture" and "Suite from the Tender Land" by Aaron Copland. Concerto competition winner Ryan Colarusso will be featured as the soloist in "Concerto for Trumpet" by Alexander Arutiunian. The concert will conclude with Ivette Herryman-Rodríguez's "Un danzón a mi manera," a composition inspired by Cuban styles of dance.
Brass Ensemble Concert

Rutgers Symphony Orchestra
Nicholas Music Center 85 George Street, New Brunswick, NJ, United StatesSaxophonist and concerto competition winner Tyler Sakow will take the stage to perform "Concerto for Alto Saxophone" by Paul Creston with the RSO. After the intermission, RSO will present Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1 without a conductor for the first time in its history.

Nicholas Music Center 85 George Street, New Brunswick, NJ, United StatesRutgers Wind Ensemble "The Concerto Concept” will feature Kevin Day's Concerto for Wind Ensemble, Jodie Blackshaw's Symphony No. 1 subtitled Luenig's Prayer Book, and will also feature the Music Department 2023 Concerto Competition Winner, Carson De La Rosa, on Phillip Sparke's Euphonium Concerto No.1
Rutgers Symphony Orchestra
Nicholas Music Center 85 George Street, New Brunswick, NJ, United StatesThe Rutgers Symphony Orchestra will open the season with Three Latin-American Dances by celebrated American composer Gabriela Lena Frank. The concerto competition winner, Yan Yuet Artemis Cheung, will be featured as the soloist to perform Louis Spohr's Clarinet Concerto No. 2. The concert will conclude with La mer by Claude Debussy.
