MA Composition student Stephanie Leotsakos was named the winner of the Vocal Composition Award from the Masterwork Music and Art Foundation. The Vocal Competition Award was designed to aid an emerging singer with their career aspirations and development. The Competition was national, and open to singers in all genres. Each of the many contestants sent a fifteen-minute video, an essay and a biographical profile. Stephanie is a gifted singer formerly leading as soprano in the Rutgers Kirkpatrick Choir. She is currently pursing her Master of Arts in Composition and studies under Robert Aldridge.
