Ximena Dilizia performs a wide range of general clerical, accounting, bookkeeping, and journal entries for the Music Department. This involves the managing of accounts receivable and payable, including the following functions: handle, prepare, and submit customer invoices; monitor customer accounts for non-payment/delayed payments; coordinate deposit transactions; prepare, submit, and track TABERs, including the disbursement of reimbursements; prepare requisitions for department purchases; liaise with other departments/customers/vendors.
