Lauren K. McLoughlin is the Assistant Costume Director of the Mason Gross School of the Arts costume shop, as well as a co-adjunct professor in costume technology. When Lauren isn't teaching costume technology classes, she is found advising and mentoring costume design and technology students, while patterning and building costumes for the Mason Gross theater productions. Lauren has worked as draper, first-hand and/or stitcher in various costume shops throughout New York, including Eric Winterling, Inc., Timberlake Studios, EUROCO, and Blue Man Productions, as well as numerous NJ regional theaters such as McCarter Theater, The Shakespeare Theatre of NJ, Crossroads Theater Company, George Street Playhouse, and more. Lauren's freelance work can also be found in opera houses, summerstock stages and off-broadway theaters, in venues such as Glimmerglass Opera, The Bronx Opera, Red Bull Theater, and more. She is a proud Mason Gross alumna and union member IATSE 764, and URA-AFT.
