Celine Dirkes is a theatre artist and educator based out of New Brunswick, New Jersey. They work closely with local theater companies, serving as the Editorial Coordinator for ReThink Theatrical, Production Manager for Thinkery & Verse’s Decameron 2020: Survival Through Stories podcast, and Assistant Director for Macabaret (Virtual Melbourne Fringe Festival, 2020) in addition to participating as an actor and voice actor in various productions with each organization. In 2015, they completed the Interplay Art & Social Change Millennial Leader program in Oakland, CA, and in 2016 they attended the American Conservatory Theatre Summer Training Congress in San Francisco, CA. In addition to their work with Mason Gross, Celine also teaches drama after school with Drama Kids of Greater Morristown. Celine has taught students at all K-12 grade levels, and focuses on fostering creativity, empathy, leadership and other soft-skills that will serve theatre students in every area of their life.
