Biography

Caite Hevner has designed projections, scenery, and created video for musicals, plays, events, and virtual events. Her designs have been seen on Broadway, off-Broadway, across the United States, and internationally. Broadway projection design credits include Derren Brown: Secret, In Transit, and Harry Connick Jr. – A Celebration of Cole Porter. Off-Broadway and New York highlights include shows at MTC, MCC, Atlantic Theater Company, The Duke on 42nd Street, Lynn Redgrave Theater, Primary Stages, Ars Nova. La MaMa, 59E59, The Civilians, and Manhattan Concert Productions at Lincoln Center, as well as concerts and events produced by Carnegie Hall. Outside of New York, Hevner has worked at the Goodman Theatre, Pasadena Playhouse, 5th Avenue Theater, The Kennedy Center, Guthrie Theater, Arena Stage, McCarter Theatre, Long Wharf Theatre, Alliance Theatre, Alley Theatre, Dallas Theater Center, Baltimore Center Stage, Cleveland Play House, MUNY, George Street Playhouse, Crossroads Theatre Company, as well as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, among others. Special events and productions include Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience (with Mesmer,) and the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards since 2014, held annually at Carnegie Hall. Since 2018, Hevner has served as the projection coordinator for the annual live performance of Broadway Bares, which raises funds for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDs. Virtual work includes Broadway Bares: Zoom In and Broadway Bares: Twerk from Home for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (Video Director / Video Production Manager), the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards National Ceremony in 2020 and 2021 (Director and Editor),
