Please join us for the inaugural The Solo Project concert, a culmination of a yearlong collaboration between 30 Rutgers student composers and performers to create new solo musical works. These partnerships are intended to facilitate composers’ in-depth exploration of a particular instrument, to bring performers into all stages of the creative process, and to encourage additional connections within the Music Department. All participating composers and performers will share their new works and discuss the creative process in this presentation, directed by faculty Scott Ordway.
