Art & Design events are free and open to the public. Mason Gross Galleries are open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Thursdays and Fridays, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hours may vary on school holidays and during winter and summer break.
Rutgers Symphonic Winds: “How SUITE It Is!”
The Rutgers Symphonic Winds will be joined by special guests, the Westfield High School Wind Ensemble from Westfield, NJ. The Symphonic Winds portion of this concert will feature all suites and divertimenti composed for band. Of particular note will be the performance of Vincent Persichetti’s iconic Divertimento for Band followed by Ira Hearshen’s Divertimento for Band.
