When speech is not enough, we sing, when singing is not enough, we dance! To dance is to be human!
Madeline Jaye has danced, sung, and acted on stages across Europe, Japan, and the U.S.A. Credits include musical theatre, commercial, print, voiceover, acting, concert dance, and two years as a Radio City Music Hall Rockette. She has created choreography for off-off Broadway plays, musicals, and industrials, including Easter on the White House Lawn. She discovered her passion for teaching in high school, when she taught ballet to her gymnastic teammates. Teaching credits since then include: AADA,AMDA.NYU@LSTFI, LSTFI, ABT, Steps on Broadway and Laguardia H.S., among others. Jaye created a movement program called JAM (Jaye Actors Movement) to incite a deep connection between dance singing and acting in professional artists and ordinary humans. Privately, she coaches dancers, actors and singers of all ages for auditions and performance.
