Ms. Cogan has been the operations manager for the Mason Gross PAC since 2001. Her duties include developing, implementing, and maintaining front-of-house event management protocols, Rutgers financial operations, MGPAC human resource management, and the smooth execution of general office management. In her past lives, Jessica Company Managed the Victor/Victoria National Tour (NetWorks), Cowgirls National Tour (Circa ’21), & The Best of Broadway tour (Southeastern Theatricals) as well as Assistant Music Directed Cowgirls (ArtPark) and Swingtime Canteen (ArtPark). An accomplished retired musician and performer herself, she is a graduate of the Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music with a BFA in Musical Theater performance (Concentration: Arts Administration and Opera Performance). In her spare time, she enjoys playing piano, guitar, Doctor Who, rooting for the Rutgers Women’s Soccer team, and designing costumes for her kids’ school productions.
