Heather Brito is an experienced higher education professional specializing in operations management and program implementation. Prior to joining Rutgers University, she served as Director of Operations at Seton Hall University. She currently serves as Assistant to the Dean and Supervisor at the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, where she manages the daily operations and administration of the Dean’s Office and provides direction to school leadership and departments on personnel and administrative matters. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications from Kean University and her master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from William Paterson University.
