Fedelize Micabalo is the Program Coordinator in the Department of Advising & Student Success at MGSA. This position interacts directly with the Assistant Dean for Advising & Student Success, the Advising/Student Success team, and our MGSA students. The role serves as primary support for streamlining administrative tasks, including managing resources, supporting registration and events, compiling data, and reporting on student success.

Prior to joining Rutgers, Fedelize worked 20+ years in Product Development in the garment industry. She holds a BA in Communication and Psychology from Rutgers University.
