Cassandra Oliveras-Moreno is the Administrator of Communications and Collaboration in the Department of Art & Design at Rutgers University. She is co-founder of Windows of Understanding and the Rutgers Art Network, initiatives designed to bridge relationships within and surrounding the campus community.

Oliveras-Moreno currently serves on the New Brunswick Community Arts Council, Middlesex County Arts and History Advisory Committee, and EDI Committee in Art & Design. She is Vice President of the Highland Park Library board and a founding trustee member with Design for Public History.

With two decades of experience in the field of arts administration, she has worked in Marketing and Community Relations for a variety of cultural institutions including The Roundabout Theatre Company, Ballet Hispanico, El Museo del Barrio, and The 92nd Street Y. She holds a BA in Spanish and an MCIS in Strategic Organizational Communication from Rutgers University.
