Accessibility services are available but vary greatly between our venues. It is highly suggested that patrons call the Ticket Office at 732- 932-7511 for more specific accessibility information and services for the event you wish to attend. Assistive services such as audio description, sign language interpreting and select publications in alternative formats such as Large Print, Braille, and CD format are available. Advance notice for all services is necessary. We respectfully request that tickets for patrons with disabilities be purchased no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance time. In order for us to provide the best service for our patrons with disabilities, please inform the Ticket Office of disabilities at the time of purchase.
Handicap-accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the lots around the performance venues. Placards are required. Fire codes prohibit parking in the circle in front of Nicholas Music Center.
Due to construction of Mortensen Hall, accessible parking is available on a limited basis in front of Hickman Hall. It is strongly recommended that patrons with disabilities make arrangements for pick-up and drop-off in the circle.
Please indicate at the time of purchase that wheelchair seating is required. Please attempt to purchase tickets no later than two hours prior to the scheduled performance time. All venues are handicap-accessible except for Schare Recital Hall.
All venues feature handicap-accessible restrooms except for Schare Recital Hall and Kirkpatrick Chapel.

Supertitles are available for the annual Opera at Rutgers performance each spring semester for operas not performed in English. The supertitles are visible from the mezzanine only.

Seeing-eye dogs are permitted. Please notify the ticket office at the time of ticket purchase.
