REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
  • Individual students register online at the link HERE
  • Groups of 5 or more students need to register as an ensemble. Ensemble instructors must fill out the ENSEMBLE FORM and scan/email to Dana Wilson, registrar, at dw538@mgsa.rutgers.edu
 
EVENT DESCRIPTION
  • Brass Day features Mason Gross faculty members in recital and master classes.  The event culminates with a concert featuring Rutgers studio ensembles and the Mason Gross Brass Ensemble, with final selections to include all Brass Day participants with Mason Gross faculty.

Eligibility
  • Music educators, precollege, and adult brass players are invited to attend.  Beginner through advanced levels welcome.
 
Professional Development
  • Certificates available upon request.
 
Fees
  • $25 per student 
  • $20 per person for groups of 5 or more students.  Instructors of these students may participate for free.
  • Dinner is included.


Brass Day Concert Tickets

  • Brass Day concludes with a Brass Ensemble concert featuring Mason Gross faculty, Mason Gross student ensembles, and Brass Day participants.  This event is open to the public, who may purchase tickets by calling 848-932-7511 or by visiting our ticket office here. General Public $15 / Rutgers Alumni, Employees, and Seniors $10 / Students $5.
Brass Day participants attend this concert free of charge; two additional tickets are provided to each per participant to share with family and friends.
