Lauren K. McLoughlin

Costume Design

Lauren K. McLoughlin is a two-time Rutgers alumna, with a bachelor’s degree in both theater arts and sociology, and a master of fine arts degree in costume design and technology. Lauren is a freelance costume designer and draper, working with various costume shops, designers and theaters throughout the New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia theater districts. She has also spent time teaching costume technology classes at a college level in the theater department of Brooklyn College. McLoughlin is a proud member of Theatrical Wardrobe Union, IATSE Local 764. She is a full-time staff member at Rutgers University, working as a draper alongside Cathy Homa-Rocchio in the Mason Gross School of the Arts costume shop.
