Company Manager, Stage Management and Production

Christine Whalen just completed her 12th season with The Shakespeare Theatre of NJ where company credits include Production Stage Manager for Fallen Angels, Measure for Measure, Timon of Athens, Arms And The Man, Amadeus, and Pride and Prejudice, as well asLearned Ladies, The Tempest, A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2007), The Taming of The Shrew, and Triumph of Love all at the Outdoor Stage.She was the assistant stage manager for Illyria, Of Mice and Men, A Child's Christmas in Wales (2003), King John, and The Glass Menagerie. She was also tour manager for Shakespeare Live!in 2004 & 2005. Whalen also worked in the production offices of both Two River Theatre Company and McCarter Theatre Center, where additional stage management credits have included Fetch Clay Make Man (with Ben Vereen), Mrs. Warren’s Profession, Tartuffe, A Midsummer Night’s Dream (also at Papermill Playhouse), and the world premiere of Christopher Durang’s Miss Witherspoon (also at Playwright’s Horizons).  Whalen also toured the Eastern United States with The Acting Company’s 2007 production of Jane Eyre.
