Weekdays 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Saturday noon-6:00 p.m. the days of performance only. Sunday Noon till curtain on performance days only Performance days the ticket office opens 1 hour prior to the performance. No advance purchases can be made within 1 hour of a performance start time; only tickets for performances on that date will be sold. Also, the phone will not be answered during that 1-hour window. Calls will be returned after all performances have begun. Summer/University Holidays: Weekdays 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Weekends Closed Summer hours may vary. Gift certificates are not currently available.
The ticket office maintains a lost and found of items from all of our venues. Items found at Kirkpatrick Chapel are kept at the Kirpatrick Chapel office located on the lower level of Geology Hall adjacent to the chapel.
Refreshments are available at some events. All proceeds benefit the sponsoring program. A soda vending machine is located near the ticket office entrance. Food and beverages are not permitted inside any of the performance facilities.
Payphones are located outside of the Main Ticket Office and in the basement of Marryott Music Building.
Rest rooms are located in the lower level of Nicholas Music Center (a lobby-level handicap accessible restroom is also available), Marryott Music Building, Loree Dance Theater, and Rehearsal Hall. They are also located off of the lobby in New Theater and off of the inner lobby of Philip J. Levin Theater. Kirkpatrick Chapel has one small restroom behind the stage area.
If first aid is required, patrons should seek assistance from one of the ushers or staff members on duty. A small first aid kit is available in the ticket office.
In the event a performance needs to be cancelled or postponed due to weather, the following policy is in place: For evening performances, closure decisions will be made by 1:00 p.m. the date of the performance. Calls will be placed to ticket holders.
For matinee performances, closure decisions will be made by 10:00 a.m. the date of the performance. Calls will be placed to ticket holders. Closure messages will also be placed on the ticket office answering machine and signage posted on the doors of the appropriate venues. In the event an event is postponed, original tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled completely, refunds will be made to the patron upon patron request prior to the end of the current fiscal year, ending each year on June 30. In all cases, the ticket office protocol will be as follows: Honor ticket on new date Exchange ticket into another event Request donation of purchase to Mason Gross Refund purchase
Subscribers will receive a refund of just the portion of the subscription that was not able to be honored.
