Rules and Regulations
All programming information is subject to change.
All sales are final. Exchanges are free for subscribers and $2 per ticket per exchange for single ticket holders. Exchanges are subject to seat availability.
Exchanges can be made in person up to one half hour after performance stated on the ticket begins.
Tickets may be donated back to the Main Ticket Office for resale up to 1 hour prior to the performance.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.
Smoking is permitted outside of the buildings only.
Cameras, recording devices, food, and beverages are prohibited inside the theater. The Management reserves the right to hold cell phones and pagers that are not turned off during the performance.
Please turn off all cell phones and electronic devices during the performance.
Cellular phones and the corresponding patron seat number can be left with management for emergency calls.
Lost tickets can be reprinted anytime at no additional cost. They will be held at the door for pick up directly prior to the performance.
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the performance and be able to sit quietly.
The management reserves the right to refund purchase and refuse admission.
Handicap parking is located in metered spaces after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends. Due to fire codes, parking in the circle is not permitted. Free parking is available after 4:00 p.m. weekdays and on weekends in lots 79, 79A, and the Old Gibbons lot. Allow ample time for parking.
Visa, MasterCard, check and cash only accepted for purchases. Have your Visa or MasterCard immediately available when calling to purchase tickets. Full payment must be presented at the time of purchase in order to process tickets. We cannot accept multiple methods of payment for a single order.
Before event ticket sales for on-site events start 1 hour prior to the scheduled curtain time. There are no guarantees that seats will be available at this time. During that time, transactions for future or past events prohibited.
Cancellation information due to inclement weather will be availalbe by 10:00 a.m. for 2:00 p.m. performances and 1:00 p.m. for 8:00 p.m. performances. Call the Ticket Office for information. Refunds for cancelled events will be provided upon request only prior to the end of the fiscal year (June 30th each year). The refund will be in the amount of the ticket cost only. Ticketing fees will not be refunded. Exchanges will be honored if possible.
Subscriptions will be seated prior to single ticket purchases. Seats unclaimed from prior season will be available to future purchasers.
