The Mason Gross Performing Arts Center is wheelchair accessible and will provide assistive listening devices at any time in most of our venues. Assistive services such as audio description, sign language interpreting, and large print programs are available upon advance request. In addition, upon request, select publications can be made available in alternative formats such as Large Print, Braille and audiotape/CD format. Advance notice for all services is requested. Call the Ticket Office at 732-932-7511(TTY 732-932-3873) for more specific accessibility information and services for the event you wish to attend. Please refer to the following for more information:
Handicap parking is available on a first come, first serve basis in the lots around the performance venues. Placards are required.
If wheelchair seating is required, please indicate that at the time of purchase. Please attempt to purchase tickets no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled performance time. All venues are handicap accessible except for Marryott Music Building Auditorium. All venues have handicap accessible restrooms except for Marryott Music Building Auditorium, Rehearsal Hall, and Kirkpatrick Chapel.

Infrared listening devices are available for events that take place in New Theater, Philip J. Levin Theater, and Nicholas Music Center. Supertitles are available during the annual Opera at Rutgers performance each February.
