Mason Gross Online Certificates

To meet the needs of the growing number of online students, Mason Gross Online is in the process of creating a variety of certificate programs.  The online certificates offer a convenient and affordable way for students near and far to work with the distinguished Mason Gross faculty from the comfort of their home and at their own pace.  Certificates differ in focus, subject matter, and scope, catering to students pursuing arts education for personal enrichment and those interested in boosting their professional credentials with additional training in the arts.

This 12-credit certificate consists of the following four courses:

DANCE: Dance Appreciation Online  07:203:131 (resident students may substitute face-to-face equivalent, Dance Appreciation 07:203:101)

MUSIC: Introduction to Music  07:700:131 (resident students may substitute face-to-face equivalent, Introduction to Music 07:700:101)

VISUAL ARTS: Art Appreciation  07:631:106

THEATER: Theater History I  07:965:231 OR Theater History II 07:965:232
