Dance Undergraduate Academic Programs

The program assumes that to be professional dance artists, students must be articulate about aesthetic values and knowledgeable about the demands and needs of a professional career in dance. Theoretical work begins with a study of contemporary issues in dance and continues with music for dance, dance production, notation, kinesiology, and dance history.
