About Our Town:
A cast of 17 brings this Pulitzer Prize-winning classic to life in a new production featuring four-time Tony Award-winner Boyd Gaines and introducing two Rutgers alumni in their professional debut, Pico Alexander as George and Aaron Ballard as Emily. The production will be directed by Theater chair David Esbjornson and will feature Rutgers students Dalton Gray, Shazi Raja and Brandon Rubin, and alumni Mary McLain and Christian Navarro.
This production also marks the beginning of a landmark collaboration between George Street Playhouse and Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts, in which student work with professional actors and earn Actors' Equity cards.
