Richard H. Shindell Choral Hall
7:30 p.m. Sunday, March 4, 2018

An exploration of the relationship between human performers, computer-generated sound, and interactive technologies.

PLOrk, part of the Princeton University Music Department, will perform works by Jeff Snyder, Earle Brown, and the ensemble, incorporating a graphical score, animated notation, and the sonification of biological models of neurons.

The newly formed Rutgers Interactive Music Ensemble (RIME) will open the concert with pieces by Joo Won Park, Kristina Warren, and the ensemble that use laptops as instruments and that merge acoustic instruments and electronic sound.
