Maestra Chiu-Tze Lin conducts master class April 14, 2013

The Young Artists Program, part of the Mason Gross Extension Division's precollege program for students who desire advanced and intensive musical training, presents Maestra Chiu-Tze Lin, Steinway artist and music director and conductor of the Bravura Philharmonic Orchestra, in a master class on Sunday, April 14, 2013, at 2–4 p.m. in Schare Recital Hall, in the Marryott Music Building, on the Douglass Campus in New Brunswick.
Students ages 11-18 have been selected to perform masterworks of the classical literature for Maestra Lin. A Steinway artist who has performed in Asia, Europe, and across the United States, Maestra Lin has appeared as a touring soloist with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and was a soloist with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Her second CD, featuring works of J.S. Bach for solo piano, has been described by New York Concert Review magazine as a "... most satisfying performance ... with eloquence and sensitivity."
Admission and parking are free. Please RSVP for this event.
