Camp Description

What: music, dance, theater and visual arts!

  • children develop their imaginations and skills through drawing, painting, collage, movement, music, improvisational theater, creative dramatics, and playwriting.
  • Each week’s offerings are unique, so children may participate in one or both weeks.
  • Camp weeks end with showcases, giving students the opportunity to perform for their families.
  • No prior experience needed. Before and aftercare are available for an additional charge.  

When:  9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.  

  • Early drop off at 8am and aftercare extending until 5:30pm available for extra charge
  • Early drop off = $25 per week
  • Aftercare = $25 per week
  • Early drop off and after care = $50 per week

Instructors: Classes are taught by professional musicians and artists from Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts and Youth Stages.

Staff: Camp staff excel in specific art disciplines and assist instructors in addition to providing supervision and care for the children participating in Kids Create.

Eligibility and Fees

  • Registration deadline: July 1, 2012
  • Application fee of $20 per student additional to tuition. (non-refundable)
  • Fees: $350 per week or $650 for both weeks
  • Sibling discount of $50 available!
  • Financial aid is not available for Kids Create.
