Session I: August 3–7, 2015, New Brunswick, NJ, Rutgers University
Session II: August 10–14, 2015, New Brunswick, NJ, Rutgers University
Kids Create camp allows participants to explore music, dance, theater and visual arts all in one camp. Children develop their imaginations and skills through drawing, painting, collage, movement, music, improvisational theater, creative dramatics, and playwriting. Each week’s offerings are unique, so children may participate in one or both weeks. To bring our creative weeks to a close, participants will perform in a showcase, giving students the opportunity to perform for their families.
All music and movement activities are to take place in the Mason Gross School of the Arts’ main location on Douglass Campus. All visual arts activities will that place in the Civic Square Building in downtown New Brunswick, NJ, home to the Mason Gross School of the Arts Visual Arts Department.
All activities are supervised by Kids Create camp faculty, counselors, and/or Extension Division staff members.
