Calling all young choreographers

When you hear music, do you imagine action? Do you like making up moves?

Do you create your own dance shows at home? Then you are a choreographer--a dance inventor.

At Mason Gross School of the Arts, students learn the skills that professionals use to invent movement, adopt a style, shape the space and make a dance. Come try out new ideas, see videos, and build a collection of your very own dances. Classes begin Thursday, Jan. 27, on the Douglass Campus of Rutgers University.
