Backstage.com named the Mason Gross theater program among its top undergraduate acting degrees, citing alumni who are successful across TV, film, and stage; a well-rounded program with an emphasis on creating a global context for the craft through study abroad at the Rutgers Conservatory at Shakespeare's Globe in London, and our proximity to New York City.

(Bonus points for offering a course in clowning to make sure students are as well-rounded as possible.)"
