Discover Jersey Arts card: $5 off any ticket $20 or more Rutgers/Cook College Parents Association Card: $5 off any ticket over $20 Senior Citizens: discount rates are indicated with the event information* Rutgers Employees: discount rates are indicated with the event information* Rutgers Alumni: discount rates are indicated with the event information* Students: discount rates are indicated with the event information. Contact the ticket office directly for further information. *Please note that there are no further applicable discounts for tickets $10 and under. Groups of 10 to 19 individuals will receive 20% discounts and groups of 20 or more will receive 30% off the regular ticket price* as well as a host of other incentives: Best possible seating available Personalized event planning Option of a reception Promotional materials for use by you and your group One free group leader for each 10 patrons Group sales are a great fundraising opportunity for your group. Student matinees are regularly available for some Rutgers Theater Company events. Contact the group sales office for further information and availability. Subscribe! Many performances are part of a subscription package allowing patrons to save on each ticket. Refer to our subscription section for further information. Benefits of subscribing include discounts on additional Mason Gross ticket purchases, free exchanges (24 hour notice required), priority seating, and lost ticket insurance. Tickets must be paid for at time of reservation (with the exception of The Jameson Project). No tickets are required for free events. Visa, Mastercard, cash, and checks made payable to Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey are accepted. A $25 processing fee will be charged for all returned checks. When purchasing at the door with cash, please pay with the smallest bills possible as change is limited. $50 or $100 bills cannot be accepted unless the total purchase is within $20 of the bills denomination. Tickets ordered within 7 business days of the performance date will be held at the ticket office for pick-up one hour prior to the performance time in the ticket office of the theater in which the performance is occurring. Tickets may also be picked up at the main ticket office Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from noon until 6:00 p.m. There is a $4 ticketing fee on all purchases. Tax-deductible donations are welcome at any time. Donations can be earmarked for specific programs. Many donations are earmarked for scholarships. Most purchases for music department events go towards scholarship funds. When ordering tickets, please order carefully. There are no refunds available. All sales are final. Exchanges are free for subscribers. Exchange requests must be made 24 hours prior to the date and time on the ticket. Seating and performances are subject to availability. Exchanges for single ticket holders are available for $2 per ticket per exchange. If a patron is unable to attend a performance, the ticket can be donated back to the Ticket Office for resale up to 1 hour prior to the performance.
