Marshall Sponder develops and teaches online and hybrid courses at the Zicklin School of Business and Rutgers University. At Rutgers Arts Online, Sponder teaches Social Media for the Arts (07:080:431), which shows students across the university how to build and manage their online reputation along with the analytics to measure and improve it.
Sponder received his bachelor of arts from Hunter College, his master of arts in communications from New York Institute of Technology, and holds a marketing management certificate from Baruch College of Continuing Studies. Sponder is the author of Social Media Analytics (McGraw-Hill 2011 and 2013); he is currently working on his second book for Routledge (Taylor and Francis) on the topic of digital analytics for marketing that is scheduled to be published in late 2017.
