Hanneline Røgeberg

Hanneline Røgeberg, born in Oslo, Norway, is a painter whose work has been shown nationally and internationally, with group and solo shows in institutions such as the Whitney Museum; the MIT List Center; The American Academy of Arts and Letters; the Aldrich Museum; Contemporary Art Center, Cincinnati; Vancouver Art Gallery, BC; and Henie-Onstad Kunstsenter, Norway.

She has received numerous grants, including an NEA grant, a Guggenheim Fellowship and an Anonymous-Was-A-Woman Grant.

Røgeberg has taught at Cooper Union and Yale University and was a visiting artist at the Skowhegan School of Painting & Sculpture in 2009.

She works with Blackston Gallery in New York City and Galleri Riis in Oslo, Norway.

She lives and works in Brooklyn, New York, and Oslo, Norway.
