Undergraduate Audition Questionnaire

A University Application and fee, admissions.rutgers.edu, must be submitted at least three weeks before the scheduled audition date.

Priority application due date for Fall incoming freshmen is December 1, 2008.
Transfer applications for Fall admission are due by January 15, 2009.
Mid-year transfer applications for January admission are due by November 1, 2008.

Applications must be completed prior to the audition.

An additional $75.00 non-refundable audition fee is required along with this Audition Questionnaire Form. If you are submitting the form online, kindly send a check or money order payable to Rutgers University, Attention: Mrs Lois Fromer to the address below.
