Christina Nigro


Christina Nigro is a graduate of the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education with a concentration in voice. While at Mason Gross, Christina studied classical voice with Judith Nicosia. Under her direction, she was the winner of the Rutgers Chamber Music Competition. She also was a member of the Voorhees Choir for four years and was a soloist for many of their concerts. Christina has performed with New Jersey Symphony Orchestra at New Jersey Performing Arts Center and the State Theatre at a young age. Christina has interned with the Rutgers Children’s Choir & Scarlet Singers conducting ensembles and assisting with program coordination. Christina is a certified K-12 music instructor and also teaches private piano and voice lessons.
